The prefabricated substation produced by GE Transformer is also called European style kiosk substation. It is a compact comprehensive power distribution equipment designed by combining various components such as medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgear, distribution transformer, electric energy metering device, and reactive power compensation device. These components are installed in one or more enclosures according to a specific wiring scheme.

GE Transformer has an advanced design concept, elegant appearance, and optimized size, which is only 1/3 of the substation with the same capacity. The cabinet is built with the latest domestic technology and craftsmanship and has excellent moisture-proof, rust-proof, dust-proof, rodent-proof, fire-proof, theft-proof, and heat-insulating properties. Fully enclosed mobile, especially suitable for urban network construction and renovation, as well as mines, factories, enterprises, oil and gas fields, wind power stations, and other places.

Transformer room
Prefabricated compact substations can choose oil-immersed transformers and cast resin dry-type transformers. If there is no special requirement, our customers usually use oil-immersed transformers in prefabricated compact substations because the price is cheaper than dry-type transformers.

Internal connection
GE Transformer uses solid insulated cable accessories to connect transformers and solid-state switches. These accessories ensure safe, reliable, and fully insulated connections.

The shell of the compact substation
Mainly made of steel structure, and the four sides can use composite sandwich panels, stainless steel panels, cold-rolled panels, stainless steel panels inlaid with anti-corrosion wood, concrete walls, etc. according to different use environments, so as to coordinate with the environment. In addition, the steel plate structure has undergone special anti-corrosion treatment, which has strong corrosion resistance and mechanical durability

In order to ensure proper temperature regulation, the product adopts a unique large circulation heat dissipation design. Each chamber is individually sealed to prevent heat exchange between the compartments.

Our prefabricated substation is easy to install and can be installed indoors directly without additional building foundations. This not only saves costs but also optimizes space utilization.
