Description
GE Transformer develops and produces S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers with the advantages of low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed transformer cancels the oil storage cabinet, the change of oil volume is compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank’s corrugated sheet to adjust automatically, the transformer is isolated from air, preventing and slowing down the deterioration of oil and insulation aging, enhance the operation reliability, normal operation maintenance-free
Three phase oil immersed transformer features
1. The transformer core adopts imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheet stacked, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current, and ties the core to ensure the tightness of the core and reduce noise.
2, high and low voltage winding with oxygen-free copper winding, low voltage winding 500kVA and below using double cylinder structure. 630kVA and above using double spiral or four spiral structure, high voltage winding using multi-layer cylinder structure.
3 The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11, reduces the impact of harmonics on the grid, and changes the quality of the power supply.
4、Transformer is a fully sealed structure, prolonging the service life, free of lifting core, and free of maintenance.
5、The actual measured noise value is lower than the standard.
This series of transformers by regular transport, no need to lift the core check, can install the relevant parts, acceptance project test, after passing can be put into operation
